Returns and Exchanges

All items sold in Maniac Hair Studio go through our quality control procedures. We inspect every item before it is shipped, and all goods are shipped fully insured in case of loss or damage. Because we feel that we offer the highest
quality products at the best prices, and we inspect and pack all our orders with care, we think you will be extremely satisfied with your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and hygienic standards, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, we understand that there may be instances where an exchange is needed.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different length or hair extension type, we are happy to accommodate exchanges, provided that:

  • The item is exchanged for a product of equal or greater value.
  • The original item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The request for exchange is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that if the exchanged item costs more than the original purchase, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. No refunds will be issued if the replaced item costs less than the original purchase.

Company Discretion

All exchange requests are subject to approval and are at the discretion of the company. While we aim to accommodate all reasonable requests, we reserve the right to decline an exchange based on our assessment of the item's condition, the requested product, or other factors.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at contact@maniachairstudio.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange. Our team will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance items, are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
